Ti na leo tora is an expression. It means that there's no use saying anything, that whatever I may say is futile. In this case the person doesn't want to talk about him/herself and says that it's of no importance to talk about him/herself.

Afiste to kalytera means that you (plural) should better leave it alone, not bother. I'm afraid that's another expression (two in a row aren't you lucky!)
