Tłumaczenie - Angielski-Holenderski - Hiring of land

I think it's better not to try and translate the names into English. That's why I put them in inverted commas (though it's not essential).
I took leave to put capital letters, too.

en located at = kan je gewoon zeggen, bij
at a place called.. kan je gewoon 'in' zeggen
met tot en met juist hetzelfde, kortere schrijfwijze..
