Λυκόφως is the twilight at the end of the day (sun setting).It's also the one used metaphorically.
Λυκαυγές is the twilight at the beginning of the day (sun's coming up)

There are quite a few synonyms
σούρουπο, σύθαμπο are for sun-setting twilight
χαραυγή is for sun's rising twilight

ημίφως, μισόφωτο, μισοσκόταδο are words meaning half-light also used for twilight of both kinds but mainly for the sun-setting one
