I think it's an incomplete sentence, look at the first part, "tombul kiz nasilsin," and after the comma "iyiyim sen may be nasilsin is the following word but it's not written.

at the moment the translation ("How are you chubby girl, I'm fine you" ) is correct, this is an incomplete sentence as turkishmiss says
