ich kommuniziere mit einer Rumänin, kann aber fast kein Wort rumänisch. ich komme normalerweise mit einer online-Übersetzungsmaschine zurecht, aber hier bin ich mir noch sicher. Zeichensetzung, fehlende rum. Schriftzeichen und Abkürzung resultieren daraus, dass es sich eben um eine SMS handelt. vielen dank für eure Hilfe! auch wenn ich schon befürchte, die Bedeutung zu verstehen...

His translation is almost right.
"Măi" is an interjection used when addresing to someone, it's pure spoken language, maybe here it's better not to translate it.

I would have translated it this way:

I've reconciled with my man. Please, don't come to see me anymore, OK?
