There is no verb.
Lein do you have an idea how to make it acceptable?

My suggestion would be:

Wij zijn voor altijd samen als twee handen op één buik

Noom24, cucumis accepteert alleen zinnen met tenminste 1 vervoegd werkwoord, vandaar dat ik er dit van heb gemaakt. Groet, Lein

Hi Lein

Could you please give me a bridge for evaluation?

Hi User10,
I can try
We are (can also mean 'will be') forever together like two hands on one tummy / stomach (not the organ, but the region on your body).

Like AspieBrain said, 'two hands on one stomach' is an expression; it means something like two people who always think the same about something, who always support what the other one is saying about it. It is not really used in the usual way in this request so I think AspieBrain made the right decision in not finding an equivalent, but giving the literal translation.

Oh I forgot!

Aspie translated :"...two hands crossed on one stomach". Is "crossed" ok?

Yes, I think that is the image one would have here. The word is not in the Dutch expression but sounds good here.
