This is some non-native speaker's imitation "Japanese"...
Perhaps we could correct it to:
Konnichi wa
Tabun ashita boku wa itte miru
Ja ne
Kisu
Which would mean:
Hello
I might go and see (about something) tomorrow
See you
Kiss
But the second line is
tentative
, because the grammar is
not Japanese
. The writer
may
be trying to say
Tabun ashita boku wa iku mitai
which would mean:
It maybe seems like I'm going tomorrow
...
