You missed a word: Halk iÃ§inde muteber bir nesne yok DEVLET gibi Olmaya DEVLET cihanda bir nefes sÄ±hhat gibi. It is meaningless without that word "devlet" "Devlet" kelimesini unutmuÅŸsunuz.
