volgens mij is er niets mis met de vertaling - maar snap jij het origineel? Mis ik iets of klopt hier helemaal niets van de grammatica? | | | 24 February 2009 12:30 | | | Hi! The source sentence is quite messed up.
I suppose, it should be like this:
1) Identification of ways to improve the processes of the learning of themselves and each other have been used;
or better
2) The ways of improving the processes of the learning of themselves and each other have been identified.

I had no clue at all what was meant, so I decided to play it safe and literally stick to the original.
Sagittarius, isn't it possible that there's simply a "they" missing?
Identification of ways to improve the processes THEY have been using to maximize their own and each other's learning.
Those small words are easily skipped when copying a phrase.. | | | 24 February 2009 13:51 | | | Maybe you are right, but then what should mean " to maximize learning"? Something is missing again. Don't you think so? | | | 24 February 2009 17:27 | | | To maximize one's learning means boosting the possibility to learn as much as possible, I think.
E.g. if someone needs to study something and has a great graphical memory, he/she can maximize his/her learning by making schemes, graphs, etc... | | | 24 February 2009 17:59 | | | OK. Then the word "performance", or something like this, is missing: "to maximize larning performance/efficacy/efficiency". What would you say to that? | | | 25 February 2009 13:21 | | | I completely agree!
I can't edit the English original though... |
