Hi merdogan, I think meet up is running across with someone ( by chance) The verb should be "date" Also I don't understand why "can" used here, because it's not 'çıkabilir misin'.
It's a date proposal so I think it's better; "Would you like to date me?"

I think, it's better to translate as "Would you go out with me?" ;-)

meet up buluşmak anlamında kullanılıyor diye biliyorum ama burda uygun değil çünkü sevgili olmak anlamında çevrilmeli o yüzden meet up yerine flirt with me olabilir gibi geliyor bana:S

Would you go out with me?
or
Would you be my girl?

"Would you go out with me?" is the best choice.
