Volg je hard (only difference "d" instead of "t" in "heart" )

I hate it when people make this (unfortunately rather frequent) mistake - it shows incredible sloppiness with their own language! I have edited 'volg je hard' into 'volg je hart', so now both of these mean 'follow your heart' and all three can be merged
