Source language: Turkish

Uykulu gözlerle döndüm rüyamdan,
Sana sarı laleler aldım çiçek pazarından...
Sen olmasan.. buralara gelemezdim ben...
Sevemezdim bu şehri, anlamazdım dilinden...
Nasıl bir sevdaysa bu, karşı koyamam...
Dayanamam, kıskanırım seni, paylaşamam...
Satırlar uçar gider aklımdan...
Sana sarı laleler aldım, çiçek pazarından...

Uykulu gözlerle döndüm rüyamdan,
Sana sarı laleler aldım çiçek pazarından...
Sen olmasan.. buralara gelemezdim ben...

Title
Tulipanes amarillos
Translation
Spanish

Translated by 44hazal44
Target language: Spanish

Volví de mi sueño con ojos soñolientos,
Compré tulipanes amarillos para ti del mercado de flores.
Si tú no existieras, yo no llegaría hasta aquí.
No podría querer esta ciudad, no podría entender su idioma.
¡Qué amor! No puedo resistir.
No puedo resistir, tengo celos de ti, no puedo compartirte.
Las líneas vuelan y se van de mi mente
Compré tulipanes amarillos para ti del mercado de flores.

Volví de mi sueño con ojos soñolientos,
Compré tulipanes amarillos para ti del mercado de flores.
Si tú no existieras, yo no llegaría hasta aquí.
Remarks about the translation
"sen olmasan buralara gelemezdim ben" litterally means "I couldn't come here if you didn't exist"

I think the line you mentioned in your note should not be so freely translated - it would be better to translate it literally. I'm not even sure I understand why you changed it.

Otherwise, this looks perfect.

Because in this context, "buralara gelmek" means "succeed, get through something" rather than "come here", as I mentioned above.
I thought it could be misunderstood if I had translated as it is because it is not about coming somewhere physically.

If it hadn't been for you, I couldn't have made it here

Or

I couldn't have made it here without/but for you

Would this cover the same meaning of the Turkish sentence?

Que tal "Si tú no existieras, yo no llegaría hasta aqui"?

Esta es la traducción literal más correcta. Creo que podemos editar así y denotar su significación en las indicaciones.
