Yes, weird! I guess that was the purpose, and I'll add that this is quite unfair doing that kind of trick, because translator has been taking some of his time to do it, then once the guy has got his translation done, he just refuses it. This way anyone can really get translations without spending any point.
At least, you could have wait for evaluation by an expert, wenbing! Next time you submit a translation, I'll check that you don't do the same nasty trick to the translator, and if you ever do it again, I'll ask for your profile to be deleted.
