Actually, there's no verb in the original, it's just :"the so stubborn thoughts" I could edit the verb in the original if you want, though.

There's no actual verb in Hebrew either, but "the so stubborn thoughts" can also be done. What do you think is the best?

I think that without the verb, besides not being a complete sentence, which is a reason for removal, it doesn't make sense since it would be very strange saying that in Spanish as an isolated statement. I'm going to include the verb and you adapt the translation, but don't penalize the translator, seeing that's not his fault if the original was weird, OK?

Now it reads: "Thoughts are so stubborn..."
