The oven doesn't really bake things in English - you bake them in the oven. How is my suggestion? Or do you have a better one?

Turkish text says "the oven baked it interestingly."
It means; Oven didn't bake it properly, changed the shape."

"But it came out of the oven in a funny way" perhaps? ('funny' is often used to mean strange, unusual - doesn't need to be funny in a sense that it makes you laugh )
Or, if you prefer, "in an interesting way"?

Souffle with tahini (sauce). But the oven caused it to bake in a funny/interesting/odd way. What does it look like?
