To my mind, the translation of "successors in interest" is a bit confusing. I suggest: Правопреемники.

To my mind "Правоприёмник" and "Наследник" are close synonyms. I`m not law expert, so thank you for your anotation.

I would like to stress on the phrase "in interest". I don't think that "заинтересованная сторона" sounds good here.

I changed a bit successor in interest, now it`s "Правопреемник в правах на имущество". And changed the structure, maybe now it`s better =)

i have one more notice. there are 2 notions in the text: "successors and assigns of the parties" that can be translated as "наследники и правопреемники".So it's interesting to know if they are synonyms or not.
Also, we should say Правопреемники or Преемники в правах на имущество. You combined two
