Let me translate it in English so as everyone could understand it: Siberia says that the phrase in Russian means more "I want to BE WITH you", than "I want to COME TO you". For all non-Russian speakers (and Bulgarian also, maybe other Slavic languages as well), it's OK to say "I want with/to you" as the translated phrase goes literally. I think the case is not the same in English...
