Let me translate it in English so as everyone could understand it: Siberia says that the phrase in Russian means more "I want to BE WITH you", than "I want to COME TO you". My opinion is the same, by the way. But since the translation is requested "general meaning only", it makes no difference whether it is "come to" or "be with".
For all non-Russian speakers (and Bulgarian also, maybe other Slavic languages as well), it's OK to say "I want with/to you" as the translated phrase goes literally. I think the case is not the same in English... | | | 30 January 2008 20:11 | | | Okey, better for the expert not to accept my translation then, to get the best one! | | | 30 January 2008 21:14 | | | Piagabrella, there is nothing wrong with your translation as visible from the opinions of all the people that evaluated it. | | | 30 January 2008 21:08 | | | No, I didn't think so. Still it's even nicer to get the very best one if there is a such. But never mind...
However, now I noticed that this one is already accepted. So I think there won't be any changes. | | | 30 January 2008 21:14 | | | |
