Shutter | Nota acerca de la traducción | I think it's SHUTTER because
Merrian-Webster
shutter: a mechanical device that limits the passage of light; especially : a camera component that allows light to enter by opening and closing an aperture
obturator: one (as a prosthetic device) that closes or blocks up an opening (as a fissure in the palate) But of course I'm not sure, not a native speaker.

Último mensaje | | | | | 18 Enero 2007 12:20 | | | Sorry, without context, I can't help. | | | 18 Enero 2007 10:17 | | | In my remarks in the translation to finnish I mentioned also the word shutter in finnish, but chose to translate with the word for obturator. The same choice has been made I think in danish too. As always, without context, cannot be sure. | | | 18 Enero 2007 12:14 | | | As Cinderella said, it needs context, even though I think it's "seal". |
