Nota acerca de la traducción	Apparently the source text has grammar mistakes. The Prepositions 'Ð²' and 'Ð¸Ð·' are in wrong places. But thanks to Google I found out that Sukhumi or Sukhum (a spelling once preferred in Imperial Russia) it is the capital of ABKHAZIA. And SAULAH is the czar who long time ago had built a fortress in there.
