Commentaires pour la traduction	Apparently the source text has grammar mistakes. The Prepositions 'Ð²' and 'Ð¸Ð·' are in wrong places. But thanks to Google I found out that Sukhumi or Sukhum (a spelling once preferred in Imperial Russia) it is the capital of ABKHAZIA. And SAULAH is the czar who long time ago had built a fortress in there. So I think they wanted to say 'ÐšÑ€ÐµÐ¿Ð¾ÑÑ‚ÑŒ ÑÐ¾Ð¾Ñ€ÑƒÐ´Ð¸Ð» Ð² Ð¡ÑƒÑ…ÑƒÐ¼Ð¸, Ð¡Ð°ÑƒÐ»Ð°Ñ… - Ñ†Ð°Ñ€ÑŒ Ð²ÐµÐ»Ð¸ÐºÐ¸Ð¹ Ð›Ð° Ð¸Ð· Ñ€Ð¾Ð´Ð° Ð›Ð°Ð½Ñ‹'
