Nothing much happens here in Sweden, it's mostly school, work, party and training for me. And what about Sri Lanka? If that is where you come from?

Hi Pia, it's me again
"It doesn't happen that much here in Sweden"
Although the sentence is correct, the structure of it is not the most usual.
It would be more common to hear:
"Nothing much happens here in Sweden"
What do you think?
Just a suggestion
And in the last sentence: were---->where.
