Surely the times of which we say they will never come about, do come to pass.
Poznámky k překladu
Alternatively as a rhetorical question:

"Didn't the times of which we said/thought they would never come, come to pass?"

Or literally of which i think it doesn't convey the message right:
"As if the times of which we said they would never come, didn't come to pass."

For me
"As if the times of which we said they would never come, didn't come to pass."
is better.

hello Merdogan

I put that literal version under remarks because in turkish it asks a rhetorical question while using ' sanki'(as if) to express certainty about the positive/opposite condition.

in english translating it literally doesn't convey the meaning i think.

keeping the rhetorical question while dropping the as if or starting the sentence with 'surely' does.
