"incoming blood, outcoming blood"? xD

It's a kind of proverb meaning that things are finally compensated. For example, today you may earn 1000 dollars at the casino, and you'll lose them tomorrow...

So maybe the most suitable translation is not a literal one. (Altough the meaning in the original language should be explained in the notes)
