Anyway, if the new, edited version is correct the meaning is "How's it going? Any news? (or anything new happening?) Will you tell me how you got/found my number?"
By the way, if that's the right meaning, we should change "κανÎνα" to "κανά" a colloquial form of the word that fits "better" with both the expression and the overall style.
Since I desperately need sleep I can only hope this makes any sense.
