"you are not worth IT" - no?

Well...not necessarily. Since we don't have more context which may justify that "it".
It would be needed if the sentence came after a statement about what s/he was not worth about. For example if you say:
"You caused a lot of trouble. You are not worth it (the trouble)", but the way the sentence is it implies "you are not worth (anything)"
