Is the translation correct?
I m not sure about the words shepherd and territory..maybe earth would be better here?

I think in this case you'll have to trust the translator since he, Isildur, is the Catalan expert
Perhaps the only remark I'd risk is:
Imaginem estratègies de canvi per reinventar...= We imagine strategies of change to reinvent...

But I'm not sure

"Shepherd" seems to be the name of the project
About "territory", perhaps "land" would suit

Pastor is, as you say, the name of the project. I think it should remain without changes (or maybe be adapted to greek alphabet Παστόρ).

polítiques de desenvolupament local innovadores = new policies (or policies never seen before) for local development

Imaginem estratègies de canvi per reinventar...= We imagine strategies of change to reinvent...

"Land" could be a good option, as the text seems to refer the space around a village.
