Garret, this translation may be wrong, since both the French and the English translations are wrong. It should be "When I loved you ...", not "Whenever I loved you ..."

Thanx for your comment
But the russian sentence there means:
"When I loved you in this city, it was rain"
Is it right?

I don't know; that's a bit meaningless in English. Please look at the revised English version.

Oops - I think I didn't make the situation clear. Both the English and French translations were wrong, but I contacted the experts who had validated them and we have changed them, so they are now correct.

I don't know if the Russian translation was done from the original Turkish or from one of the previously validated wrong translations. That's why I'm calling your attention to this situation.

OK, then I guess it's OK (I have no idea, because I can't read Russian).
