Anyway, we need some complement for those verbs. Even if we don't say what is that about, we have to put it differently.
What about this?

"Can you please tell me what, when and how that happened to Zoja? I came to Belgrade this morning and found out about it. I'm speechless : ( Tell me, please..."

On a second thought, if you include "what" in the question...that will be weird. Perhaps we should make the question in two stages:
"What happened to ... ? when and how that happened?"
