	cheesecake Hozzászólások száma: 980	Hi merdogan, I think "build up" is more like physical saying as far as I know..? It's like increasing in amount or growing in physical way (muscles or sth) SO It's better to say "I am imporving myself." ALso, "take care of yourselves."
