Наше проживание сложно, особенно ночью.
В квартире, прямо под нами, живут мать с сыном,и он практически ненормален. Каждый вечер после 22 он кричит очень громко.
Наши обращения к матери больного и к дежурным-безрезультатны.Впечатление, что мы в сумасшедшем доме,а не в доме для пожилых.
Моя жена очень больной человек: гипертония,диабет и операции, в том числе-онкологические.
Просим принять меры,чтобы соблюдались правила проживания, объявленные вами 22 Января 2008 года(смотри "Обязанности дежурных по зданию").

Our life is complicated, especially at night. Downstairs lives a mother and her son, who is in fact insane. Every night after 10 o'clock, he shouts very loudly.
Our appeals to the mother and the officer on duty have no effect. The overall impression is that we are not in a home for the elderly but in a madhouse.
My wife is very ill: hypertonia, diabetes and several operations including oncological ones.
We are asking for observation of the rules announced by you on 22 January 2008 (see "Obligations of the officer in charge of the premises").
