I had difficulty translating the first line. But now I think I have a better translation of that line – “these breakups are not real”.

It would be much closer to the original both in meaning and in style.

These leavings all the time aren't true,
They aren't the remedy for pains,...
You can't escape from your fate,
The more you escape, the more it follows you

"Farewell" is what we are looking for. These farewells are not real. (the last word)

No need to say “all the time”. I had done so earlier because it suggests how often that person leaves. ‘These farewells’ alone gives the same meaning, I guess.
