hadi bil bakalim. means that.
maybe it's in reference to the first sentence
or the identity of the sender.

maybe a turkish expert can make another suggestion for balealem

'hadi bil' mean is 'let's guess',but I don't have any idea about 'balealem', even I couldn't guess what they mean
also it's not matching with other part. so, perhaps it will be better not use the last one (the request for this translation is meaning only).

I think kfeto has right ,"hadi bil balealem" means "hadi bil bakalım"
and it isn't matching with other part as Figen Kırcı said.
