Hi Red Shadow!
Can I ask you another bridge! The last one was excellent!

Thank you Red Shadow!
I'll put your bridge here,if you don't mind, so that others can see and use it too.
"One’s freedom ends where another’s begins".

Hi Alex,
I'd make one edit to your translation:
Libertas
alterius
desinit ubi libertas alterius incipit.
alter-alter = one-another
(or: alius-alius)
D'accordo?

Hi Aneta
I would like to keep "sui" because it translate literally "de soi" in the French text... Is it possible?

But Latin "libertas sui" has completely different meaning, Alex. It can be translated "Freedom of itself" or "Freedom of its own", no sens to me in this case.

Why not "freedom of one's own"?

I'm sorry, Alex, but "sui" doesn't work like that. It would refer to "libertas" here and would be read like I have written in a previous post.

Ok, I caught it and I agree with you
5 years of Latin are definitely not enough!
