Do we need that "reason" here?

It would be more natural in English asking simply:

"Why have you changed so much?"
or
"What (has) made you change so much?"

To use "reason" we should make a sentence like:
"What reason did you have to change so much?", but this wouldn't be a very usual structure.

bence doğruya yakın çevrilmiş. Ama "Bütün bunlar ne anlama geliyor?" şeklinde olması daha doğru olabileceğini düşünüyorum.
