Hi merdogan, I think "build up" is more like physical saying as far as I know..? It's like increasing in amount or growing in physical way (muscles or sth)
SO It's better to say "I am imporving myself."

Yes, because it's -kendinize- instead of only -kendine-, so they are two people; evelyn and maybe metin I guess. It must be like that gramatically. What do you think?
