Bu talebin İngilizce'sini anladığımdan emin değilim o yüzden bir görüş belirtmekten kaçınıyorum, belki bir İngilizce uzmanı kaynak metni biraz açıklayabilir.
I'm not sure that i understand the source text very well, maybe an English expert would explain the source a bit.
Could anyone explain what does the source mean please?

There's a mistake - it should be "the tough get going". It's an aphorism, a saying, that means, "When things get difficult, strong people spring into action".

Keep in mind that when we put "the" in front of an adjective in English, it becomes like a plural noun: "Robinhood stole from the rich and gave to the poor" - that means he stole from rich people and gave (the stolen goods and money) to poor people. Thus, in this case, the words "the tough" mean "tough (= strong) people".

Thanks a lot kafetzou.

In this case, I guess we may say "İşler zorlaştığında/zor zamanlarda, güçlü insanlar harekete geçer."

What do you think viteex?
