The right arcus aorta applying pressure on the trachea.
The right arcus aorta anomaly which typically develops asymptomatically, seldom becomes symptomatic because of trachea or esophagus pressure. We diagnosed upper respiratory tract obstruction in spyrometric examination in a 17 year old male patient with exertional dyspnea. In radiological examinations we revealed right arcus aorta anomaly in the patient and that this is applying pressure on trachea resulting in the development of exertional dyspnea
