It's not a very good translation
Could you say what the text means in english?

I saw wrong.it was Brazilian.In english its means:
"could you tell me honey,how can I travel?"
If I change "como posso viajar",is it correct?

Hunny means mel.
For honey you can use querido/amor/bebé.

So, it would be ( just like you said ):
Podes, ( it's portuguese of Portugal, if it was brazilian portuguese it would be "você" ) dizer-me, querido(a) ( I don't know the gender, so you put "querido" if it's a man or "querida" if it's a woman ) como posso viajar?
