But there is no conjugated verb in it, so it still violates the rule #[4].

Maybe if requester added : "these are" to "20 books from the author", this request would be acceptable.

Conjugated verb is usually omitted in Ukrainian and Russian, the same way as pronouns are omitted in Spanish... But the translation into English should contain the verb "He is the author of 20 books. "The Tenth Planet is a childish book"."
