You know, I don't think an expression "in animis" works properly here.
"Divini sumus in animis" I would translate "We are divine in mind (memory)". Frankly, it shows little sens to me.
I like your second option much more, but without "nos". As long as "intus" is an averb it doen't need any object.
So how about: "Intus divini sumus"?
