Yes - there are pieces missing here - maybe it should have been something like this:

PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE BY ...
This agreement is IRREVOCABLE, not TRANSFERABLE,
to be paid MONTHLY, DIVISIBLE PER SHIPMENT

Can you ask the requester why there are words missing?

if you consider per shipment as an eduim that stands for a specific meaning then the statement will be okay. I think its okay but it is written with a commercial language. IT IS OK I guess

1) What is an eduim?
2) It is definitely NOT OK. As I have shown above, some major pieces are missing (from the English text)!

i have another suggestion:
PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE IRREVOCABLE, TRANSFERABLE, MONTHLY, DIVISIBLE PER SHIPMENT
or PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE BY IRREVOCABLE, TRANSFERABLE, MONTHLY, DIVISIBLE PER SHIPMENT checks
and the final "approved" translation is wrong :s

I don't know what to do about this. The English original is incomprehensible in my opinion.

French version is understandable though, it tells :
"Le paiement sera rendu irrévocable, transmissible, mensuel, divisible par cargaison"...

Unfortunately my knowledge in English doesn't let me find a way to translate it accurately, all I can say about is that it sounds like some rules that are to apply about payment of some freight delivered by boat, some business contract between freighter and the vendee.

So maybe : "PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE IRREVOCABLE, TRANSFERABLE, MONTHLY, DIVISIBLE PER SHIPMENT" (I don't understand too well why this "by" after "made" in the actual text...
