Verifica tu traducción, por favor. | | | 17 Mart 2009 14:33 | | | I'm not sure but .. stary means "old".
So: No, mi viejo..
 | | | 17 Mart 2009 14:37 | | | "Stary" literally means "old" but we also use it to say "guy, man, friend, fellow" in an informal conversation as this one. | | | 17 Mart 2009 20:25 | | | Yes... I did know
What I meant was if in Spanish "tÃo" is the correct word to express it.
In Portuguese is like saying:
E aÃ, meu velho? | | | 18 Mart 2009 11:13 | | | Well, I would insist on "tÃo" as it seems to be more commonly used "como apelativo para designar a un amigo o compañero". "Viejo" sounds more like talking about the parents.
 | | | 26 Mart 2009 20:20 | | | It's really possible it's actually about the parents. It looks like an ironical retort, "nie, Twój/mój stary" is often used this way in Poland.
-Who, me?
-Nope, my old man. | | | 29 Mart 2009 00:32 | | | I agree with Olesniczanin. |
