Tłumaczenie - Włoski-Francuski - idratazione non stop

I translated from the english version. Since I speak french, I understand italian more or less without having learnt it, but I'm never sure about the grammar and some details : the "for" in the english version is added for comprehension, no ? I kept is, but I guess the original italian version is just an almost nonsensical sequence of words.
