The part "I'm hanging up" is really ambiguous; she's closing sth but the thing is uncertain. It might be "logging out (msn etc.) /turning off the light/ closing the door etc." But in my opinion, most probably she tries to mean "I'm hanging up (the phone)" though it's not certain at all.  |
