Ik wens u veel beterschap en verzorg uw been maar goed. De namen zijn allemaal juist, er stonden veel fouten in weet wel niet wie deze gemaakt heeft ik in ieder geval niet Moesten er nog vragen zijn belt ge maar,
I hope you will soon be well again and take care of your leg. The names are all right, there where many errors in them but I do not know who made them. In any case, I did not. If you had any questions you can call me,
Good-bye,
Your Hungarian partner

I asked for the English version in order to evaluate the French one, because there were several points I ignored in the original text.
I don't even know if the Dutch version is correct, is it?
The dutch version is correct, although there are words in it that are not 'official' dutch (anymore). But in conversations they are still used and understood. Like 'ge' is a typical flemmish word rather then dutch, but it is understood in dutch. Hopefully I translated it well enough into english.
