no actually the pictures are of syria, im going to be sending them, so they are not pictures of me pretty tricky isnt?

Oh, OK, anyway it should be "from" Syria.
What about turning the structure a little just to make it clear?

"Do expect some pictures from Syria I'll send to you"

Does that change the meaning in any way?

how about: do expect me to send you some pictures from Syria?

المعنى الصحيح لهذه الجملة هو :

أنا متأثر بالحضارة في ألمانيا، وآمل أن أزورها.

هل تتوقع مني أن أرسل لك بعض الصور من سوريا ؟

barquqa, you are reverse-translating again, the request is in arabic originally and the english translation of it is requested by meaning only, but you were wrong in ur reverse translation too, its not "do YOU expect me to ..." its "do expect ..." so its not a question, its a statement
