Uma alteraÃ§Ãµes trazidas pela Emenda Constitucional,refere-se a competÃªncia da justiÃ§a do trabalho p/ julgar aÃ§Ãµes indenizatÃ³rias decorrente da relaÃ§Ã£o laboral.No entanto,apesar de pacÃfico o entendimento qto a essa alteraÃ§Ã£o,surgiu uma celeuma jurÃdica no que tange a prescriÃ§Ã£o dessas aÃ§Ãµes,nÃ£o sabendo ao certo se aplica a prescriÃ§Ã£o do cÃ³digo civil ou da CLT,para respectivas aÃ§Ãµes indenizatÃ³rias.
