I know it's in the category "song" but "gonna" is not English, it's slang. In correct English it is "going to", but maybe the source text uses the same kind of slang?

I'm not too sure about the last line. I think it would be better if yo put something more like

"You didn't care about my feelings"

or

"You didnt care about how I felt"
