Existem pessoas que não estão satisfeitas com aquilo que têm e continuam a comprar.
Nos centros comercias existe stress por toda a parte, muito barulho e muitas pessoas concentradas, levando ao desespero delas próprias.
Com os centros comerciais abertos leva ao desaparecimento de alguns valores sociais, como por exemplo: mercearias.

In the Shopping Centres, there is much stress everywhere, much noise and many people, crowded around, driving themselves crazy. Due to the Shopping Centres, some social values like groceries, disappear.

David, the original is a plain, weak text I did my best to improve.
In it, grocery stores are thought as "social values".
A weird or imprecise text in meaning would certainly result from ideas like that.
I'm sorry to tell you, but there is no better way, in my opinion, to make this more accurate.
